Ghostwriting
This service I offer is very straightforward: I'll convert that pile of handwritten pages or those stacks of notebooks into an actual book so it will be available on internet book sites such as Amazon.com and in regular book stores.
Your memoir, collection of stories, novel, or whatever you've worked on for so long but just didn't know how to have it published will finally see the light of day.
The cost is $15.00US per published book page, each page being 6"x9", with perfect binding, cream interior paper (60# weight), black and white interior ink, white exterior card (100# weight), and full-color exterior ink.
This price entails:
a) Complete editing & proofreading for spelling and grammar, re-writing sections into good English if necessary, minor re-organization for purposes of clarity and flow, and if it's a handwritten manuscript, typing it out. The result will be a readable organized book form of your original. Done to your satisfaction. You supply either an electronic document, or photocopies of your original handwritten manuscript (no originals!).
b) Creating an Adobe Acrobat electronic version of the finished work once you supply the following required materials:front cover design, back cover design, back cover text, and (optional) back cover photograph.
c) You will receive galleys (actual physical pages of how the book will look before binding) of the completed work for final approval before continuing with items d to f.
d) If you approve the galleys, a copyright, an International Standard Book Number (ISBN), and a listing in worldwide book wholesaler Ingram Book Group for your book will be obtained, enabling access to your book by book stores, physical and online.
e) The Adobe Acrobat file will be registered with a Print-on-Demand publisher from whence all orders for your book will be processed and your royalties will be paid.
f) Finally, you will receive 1 (one) printed copy of your book.
Note:while
most subjects are accepted, those requiring checking sources, containing
complex mathematical formulae, needing additional research for verification of
dates, placenames, etc., and any subject regarding
erotica of any sort will not be accepted. Should you wish purely straightforward proofreading and editing without submitting your manuscript for publishing, that is, without cover art, etc., included in the Adobe Acrobat file, the cost is $10.00US per published book page as described above. You will be responsible for creating the final version and finding your own publisher, getting your own copyright, ISBN, etc.
You will retain sole rights to the novel as per the agreement we will execute, my name will not appear anywhere in the published book, nor will I refer to the book in any way for any reason.When you receive the first published copy of your book, you will also receive all files and documents pertaining to the book.Payment will be made by certified check or money order, or by credit card via PayPal.Funds will be remitted as follows:half when the work begins, half when the first published copy is ready.
